It used to be! For the past three years, The Park primarily served students through a university master lease. Beginning Fall 2027, that's changing. The Park is now leasing directly to students — meaning you don't need to be assigned through the university to call The Park home.

Yes. There's a furnished model on site and tours take about twenty minutes. Walk-ins are welcome during office hours, or book a time online.

Yes. High-speed Wi-Fi is included. Contact the leasing team for details about any additional utility charges.

The S1 includes a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, and range, plus a full-size washer and dryer inside the apartment.

Yes. Furniture, a 50" smart TV, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a full-size washer and dryer in the unit. Wi-Fi is included. You bring clothes.

The S1 is 425 square feet with one full bathroom. It's an open layout, so the bed, kitchen, and living area share the room.
