Everything's Closer Than You Think

Columbia's restaurant and music district starts at your front door. Campus is eight minutes by bike, five to the arena, and the walk to a good dinner is about ninety seconds.

The Vista, Basically

Anything You need Around The Corner

You live in Columbia's restaurant and music district. Drip Coffee is where you'll end up studying. Cantina 76 and Village Idiot handle the weeknights, Tin Roof and The Senate handle the weekends, and Publix handles the part nobody enjoys. When your parents visit, take them to Bourbon - everyone here says the same thing.

The Neighborhood, The Vibe, The Convenience

Effortlessly Connected to USC and Columbia

The Park sits in the Vista, on the downtown side of the river. Campus is eight minutes by bike, the arena is five, and Publix is a fifteen-minute walk. Most residents bike or scooter, and the shuttle runs when the weather turns.

A car isn't required, though there's covered garage parking if you keep one. What you get for being on this side of the river is a neighborhood that keeps going after class - restaurants, live music, and the Riverwalk, all before you'd reach a lecture hall.
